Not anymore! Not that Korea wouldn't have been an exciting adventure, but it wasn't exactly where Jordan wanted to start his military experience. We'll now be going here:
That's right, folks--Louisiana, here we come! Jordan traded for a spot with the 4th Brigade, 10th Mountain Division. The division is actually out of Fort Drum, New York, but this particular brigade is temporarily stationed at Fort Polk, Louisiana. So it looks like we'll be staying in the south for a while, anyway. We'll head there this fall/winter after he finishes Ranger school and Airborne school.
I sent him off to Ranger school on Sunday. Easiest haircut I've ever given him.

Wow! Do you ever get tired of sending Jordan off on adventures?
Wow! Sundt just got a warded a project there. I know that we we will be statng it soon. Miltary is what keeps this construction company going. My husband and I both work for this company. It is great to know someone going there.
Wow! I have to admit that I am way happy that you are staying in the US, although that would have been quite the adventure. That is exciting either way though. You are such a strong woman, Military wives are amazing!
